The Ranger Referral program is open to anyone excluding members of our Senior Management Team and Company Directors. For Referral candidates to be considered they must not have previously applied for a role at Ranger for at least 12 months or be currently employed by Ranger in any capacity.

A referral bonus will be paid to any individual who refers an applicant that is successfully employed by Ranger.  Payment will be made in the form of a VISA gift card.

Entry Level Referral Amount = $1000.00 AUD
Mid Level Referral Amount = $2000.00 AUD
Senior Level Referral Amount = $3000.00 AUD

Payment Details

Payment will be made in two instalments:

1ST PAYMENT: 50% of payment will be paid  4 weeks after referred candidate has started employment at Ranger.

2ND PAYMENT: Remaining 50% of payment to be paid after the employee has been working for the company for six months.

Lifespan of a Referral: If a referred candidate is not hired within 6 months of the date of referral, the referral is considered closed. The referring employee will no longer be eligible to receive the referral award if the candidate is employed in the future.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to Ranger Lifting Terms and Conditions:

  1.  An individual can provide maximum 5 referrals in a year.
  2. If two or more individuals refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive the referral reward.
  3. The referral will be valid for a time period of 6 months.
  4. Ranger must have received a completed referral form prior to the individual being considered for employment.
  5. The interview and selection process will take place on a merit basis only. No special advantages will be given to the referred candidate.
  6. Senior management and Company Directors are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.
  7. All hiring decisions will be kept confidential.
  8. The individual referring will be informed only once the referred candidate has been offered position of employment and accepted.
  9. Payment will be made in two instalments. 1ST PAYMENT of 50% of payment will be paid 4 weeks after referred candidate has started employment at Ranger. 2ND PAYMENT of remaining 50% of payment to be paid after the employee has been working for the company for six months.

Ranger Lifting reserves the right to modify these Referral Program Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. Ranger Lifting may, in its sole discretion, change, cancel,suspend, or modify any aspect of the Referral Program without notice. Ranger Lifting also reserves the right to disqualify any individuals or prospective individuals at any time from participation in the Program.
