Ranger Lifting Opens New Branch in Newcastle
Ranger Lifting has officially opened a new branch in the Hunter Valley, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to serving Australia's lifting, rigging, and safety industries. After over 25 years of delivering specialist solutions, we have expanded into one of New South Wales’ most dynamic industrial regions. The new facility, located at 3/48 Bonville Avenue, Thornton NSW 2322, is fully operational and equipped with a 200-tonne x 12m test bed, alongside a comprehensive range of lifting and height safety equipment.
This expansion allows us to better support clients across the mining, construction, civil, and energy sectors throughout the Hunter and beyond. Our Newcastle branch is built on Ranger’s core values — a family-owned foundation, “Service Through Knowledge,” and an unwavering commitment to safety. Our local team, led by Business Development Manager Matt Roberts and Sales Manager John Crowe, is ready to provide expert advice, conduct on-site inspections, and deliver tailored lifting solutions. From Belmont to Merriwa, our fleet is actively delivering stock and supporting projects across the region.
With the launch of the Newcastle branch, we are also looking for experienced professionals to join our growing team. Opportunities are currently available for Lifting Gear Inspectors and Business Development Managers. These roles are vital to ensuring equipment safety and expanding our service offering to new and existing clients. If you’re passionate about safety, innovation, and delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to explore career opportunities with Ranger.
